Mike Davis, the Constituency Director, has clarified what is going on:
Birchfield Neighbourhood Management inaugaral meeting – tonight is for the Lozells & East Handsworth Ward (not Perry Barr Ward).
The Neighbourhood Board is a by invitation meeting although if we
had one of two observers that would not be a problem. It gives key local community representatives the opportunity to work closely with Service Providers and influence local
service provision. There will probably be one or two councillors in
attendance but its not an opportunity for the general public to air
personal issues or concerns.

Great to see that Birchfield has its very own Neighbourhood Manager Yvonne Wager who is totally committed to the area. I would encourage local residents to get actively involved in their Neighbourhood.
