I am plainly under the immense misunderstanding that democracy was a 24/7/52 sort of thing. But, then again, with the decisions being made which show so little, if any, regard for genuine local opinion and wishes, I guess one week in a year is as good an indicator as any of how much notice the Council takes of us.
