Edgbaston schools get Question Time visit from local councillors

Four local schools in the Edgbaston constituency will witness local councillors taking part in a Question Time format discussion during Local Democracy Week. Participating schools – where councillors will talk about political issues affecting people at a local and national level – include: Bartley Green School (October 12th, 1130), Harborne Academy School (13th, 1115), Lordswood Girls’ School (14th, 0930) and Four Dwellings School (21st, 0900).

Voice is Power showcase at the MAC

Structured Dialogue method training in Birmingham

The training is open to those with training or facilitation experience.

“Following on from the successful introductory workshops on the  ”structured
dialogue method – learning from stories
” held in July please find attached
information for a Structured Dialogue Method Facilitators Course to be held
on 6th and 7th October .

This course is part of Birmingham’s Take Part Programme 2010/11 – linked to
the Regional Pathfinder Champion Programme.
This Free 2 day Training is open to experienced workers in both voluntary
and public agencies and  active citizens – living and working in Birmingham
and will be run by Chamberlain Forum.
