Since its centenary, local residents and Friends of Moseley Road Baths have been celebrating the baths’ history with their Pool of Memories project. It aims to maintain an archive of stories and artifacts which are part of the location’s rich heritage as a central part of the community.
During Local Democracy Week the Pool of Memories event will be held at Balsall Heath Church Centre, on Mary Street. There will be a guest speaker from Victoria Baths in Manchester, and also a talk from Steve Beauchampe of the Friends of Moseley Road Baths group.
