Asset Transfer Capacity building programme at Hodge Hill Constituency Office

The asset transfer capacity meeting is aimed at supporting third sector organisations by running a capacity building training programme. This programme will look at developing operating standards for community organisations that have a lease or tenancy of a City building and how the Council could transfer assets (these buildings) to Third Sector Organisations.

Open day at Hutton Hall

Open Day at Hutton Hall – to inform members of the local community about how they can get involved in the management of Hutton Hall. Hutton Hall is about to be transferred from Birmingham City Council ownership to COMPACT (a third sector organisation).
